Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive | Symbionic | Chennai

Symbionic builds assistive devices that help people with upper-limb differences perform everyday activities with greater independence. We’re looking for an Outside Sales Executive to find potential customers, build referral relationships and grow sales of our Krea Adaptive products.

This is a field sales role involving customer meetings, product demonstrations and regular follow-ups. You should be comfortable initiating conversations, planning visits and taking ownership of sales opportunities from first contact to purchase.

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, local outreach and referrals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physiotherapy clinics, prosthetists, NGOs and disability communities.
• Meet customers and their families to understand their needs and explain our products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with our prosthetist and technical team for suitability assessments.
• Explain pricing and the purchase process, handle objections and follow up to close sales.
• Organise demonstration sessions with relevant clinics, organisations and community groups.
• Plan your territory and visits to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, referrals, follow-ups and sales in our CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer assessment, fitting and delivery.
• Work towards agreed targets for qualified leads, demonstrations, active referral partners and revenue.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in field sales or direct B2C sales, with examples of targets achieved.
• Clear spoken Tamil and working proficiency in English. Additional Indian languages are an advantage.
• Confidence approaching new people and building relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Strong listening, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and field visits.
• Ability to plan your day independently and take ownership of results.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation or other consultative sales roles is an advantage. Prosthetics experience is not essential.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
