Job Description

  • As an Area Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a designated geographical area.
  • Your role will involve building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective field-based sales activities.
  • Sales Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Proactively engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

New Business Development:

Prospect and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the designated area. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition and benefits of products or services.

Sales Execution:

Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to negotiate sales terms, close deals, and secure purchase orders or contracts. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and customer service to support sales efforts and address customer needs.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems or databases. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Territory Management:

Manage and optimize the sales territory, including route planning, scheduling customer visits, and maximizing coverage to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics within the area, providing insights and recommendations to stay competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
