Position: Field Sales Executive – B2B
Location: Dhobi Talao, South Mumbai (On-site / Field visits)
Reporting To: Founder
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday off)
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on experience)
Travel Reimbursement: Local travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy

It is an early-stage, growth-oriented automotive B2B platform transforming how the automotive aftermarket ecosystem connects and transacts. We are building a modern digital marketplace designed to streamline discovery, visibility, and business inquiries for suppliers, distributors, retailers, and garages.
We are looking for a driven, field-savvy Field Sales Executive to work directly with the Founder to lead merchant acquisition, build trust on the ground, and scale our network across Mumbai.
What You Will Help Make Happen

• Field Engagement: Meet and engage directly with garages, workshops, spare-part retailers, suppliers, dealers, and distributors across key automotive hubs.
• Platform Pitching: Articulate the Autopulze value proposition clearly, demonstrating how our platform drives discovery, enhanced visibility, and genuine business inquiries.
• Pipeline & Conversion: Build and manage a qualified pipeline of B2B prospects, follow up consistently, and convert them into active platform participants.
• Seamless Onboarding: Guide businesses through the onboarding process, capture accurate merchant data, and ensure required consent is recorded before adding members to communication channels.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and share ground-level market feedback, customer pain points, and competitor observations directly with the Founder to shape platform features.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Autopulze professionally in the market, establishing long-term credibility and reliable merchant relationships.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Bring

• Relevant Experience: 2+ years of solid field sales experience; hands-on B2B e-commerce sales experience is mandatory. Prior exposure to the automotive aftermarket or spare-parts sector is an added advantage.
• Sales Craft: Demonstrated confidence in prospecting, cold calling in person, consultative pitching, objection handling, and relationship building.
• Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, practically, and respectfully with garage owners, traders, and key business decision-makers in English and Hindi (local language skills are a plus).
• Field Readiness: Comfort with extensive daily local travel across commercial and automotive clusters in Mumbai.
• Startup Mindset: High self-motivation, resilience, learning agility, and the ownership needed to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
