Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Consultants with experience in the automobile industry, preferably in three-wheeler and commercial vehicle sales.

The candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets across the Delhi NCR market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales of Mahindra's last-mile mobility and commercial vehicle products within the assigned territory.
2. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into successful vehicle sales.
3. Conduct field visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and sales follow-ups.
4. Build and maintain relationships with dealerships, channel partners, fleet operators, and prospective customers.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
6. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.
7. Coordinate with dealership teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate vehicle bookings and deliveries.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales.

• Three-wheeler sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Candidates with commercial vehicle sales experience will also be considered.
• Strong field sales, customer acquisition, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the Delhi NCR automobile market.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently or previously associated with three-wheeler manufacturers, commercial vehicle dealerships, or automobile sales organizations will be preferred.
