# Job Title: Field Sales Executive – B2B (Safety PPE Products) **Location:** Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram & Faridabad) **Job Type:** Full-Time | Field Sales **Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives **Experience:** 0–3 Years **Education:** 12th Pass / Graduate **Requirement:** Own Bike/Scooter with Valid Driving Licence (Mandatory) ### About the Role We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of Industrial Safety PPE products to construction companies, automobile plants, manufacturing units and industrial establishments across Delhi NCR. ### Key Responsibilities - Visit construction sites, factories, automobile plants and industrial establishments. - Identify potential customers and generate new B2B sales leads. - Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Teams, Safety Officers and Contractors. - Demonstrate product samples and explain product specifications. - Generate inquiries, share quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Follow up on quotations, orders and payments. - Maintain daily visit reports and achieve monthly sales targets. ### Products Safety Shoes, Helmets, Safety Jackets, Industrial Gloves, Safety Goggles, Protective Clothing and Complete Head-to-Toe PPE Solutions. ### Candidate Requirements - Must have own Bike/Scooter and valid Driving Licence. - Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills. - Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi NCR. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and email. - Prior experience in B2B, industrial or field sales is preferred. - Freshers with good sales aptitude and confidence can also apply. ### Salary & Incentives - Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience. - Attractive monthly sales incentives. - Additional rewards for new customer acquisition and corporate order conversion. - Fuel/Travel reimbursement as per company policy. - Performance-based earning potential of ₹30,000–₹40,000+ per month. ### Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work with a growing Safety PPE startup. - Direct exposure to large construction and manufacturing companies. - Attractive incentives and performance-based career growth. - Opportunity to grow into a Business Development Manager role. **Interested candidates can apply now and become part of our growing Safety PPE business!**
