KGen Intelligence is building technology solutions for the real-estate industry, including RealtorIQ, a real-estate network designed to help brokers discover property inventory, connect with other brokers, manage leads and grow their business.

We are looking for a motivated, field-oriented sales professional who understands the real-estate market and can convert prospects into paying customers.

Candidates with experience at Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com or other online property listing portals will be strongly preferred, especially those who have worked directly with real-estate brokers, channel partners or brokerage firms.

Job Overview

As a Field Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for RealtorIQ across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.

You will identify potential customers, conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations, explain the value of RealtorIQ, handle objections, close annual subscriptions, collect payments and ensure successful customer onboarding.

This role requires someone who is comfortable meeting customers in the field, building relationships and taking ownership of the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach real-estate brokers, channel partners, brokerage firms and property consultants across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
• Generate prospects through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach and other sales activities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Understand brokers' business challenges and explain how RealtorIQ can help them discover inventory, manage leads and grow their business.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate commercial terms and convert interested prospects into paying subscribers.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and demonstrations to subscription closure and payment collection.
• Complete customer onboarding and help new customers get started with the platform.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, conversions and sales performance.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for renewals and account growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong preference for candidates from Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com or other real-estate listing portals.
• Experience selling to real-estate brokers, channel partners, property consultants or brokerage firms is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai real-estate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to explain a technology product to customers who may not be technically inclined.
• Comfortable with field visits, customer meetings and local travel.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to take responsibility for conversions and revenue outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

We want a sales closer, not someone whose role is limited to collecting leads or registering brokers on a platform.

The right candidate will be comfortable demonstrating the product, explaining its business value, addressing concerns about adoption, asking for the sale and ensuring that the customer completes the subscription process.

Experience selling subscriptions, SaaS products, digital advertising, property portal packages or other solutions to real-estate businesses will be an advantage.
