Field Officer – Security Operations & Guard Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search for and recruit security guards from the field and local areas for the company's security requirements.
• Find suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, and help them join the company as security guards.
• Visit all company-assigned sites regularly to inspect security arrangements and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure all security guards are present at their assigned sites and performing their duties properly.
• Check whether guards are wearing complete company uniforms, maintaining discipline, and following duty instructions.
• Monitor guard attendance, punctuality, and overall performance at all sites.
• Identify and arrange replacement guards in case of absenteeism or manpower shortages.
• Maintain regular communication with site supervisors, guards, and management.
• Report any complaints, irregularities, security issues, or incidents to senior management.
• Submit daily site visit reports and guard recruitment updates.
• Ensure all company sites are running smoothly and security standards are properly maintained.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 1–3 years of experience in security services, field operations, or guard recruitment preferred.
• Experience in managing security guards will be an advantage.

Job Role

This is a field-based job. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting security guards independently and regularly visiting all company-operated sites to ensure proper duty performance, discipline, attendance, and uniform compliance.
