Field Officer – Microfinance Sales & collection Role Summary Responsible for identifying potential borrowers, disbursing microloans, collecting repayments, and supporting clients in rural or semi-urban areas. Key Find and enroll new clients Help with loan applications and document checks Disburse loans and collect EMI Visit clients regularly and track repayment Educate borrowers on loan use and savings Eligibility 10+2 or Graduate (preferred) Local language fluency Fieldwork readiness (2-wheeler + license usually needed) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurance Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
