Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT field service professionals such as End-User Support Engineers, Network Support, and Desktop Support specialists. You will engage field engineers using platforms like Field Nation and WorkMarket, manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding. Your role will require working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of IT recruitment experience, preferably in field services, a strong grasp of end-user support, network support, and desktop support roles, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and experience with platforms like Field Nation, WorkMarket, or similar tools.
