Job Title: Field Executive Location: Elegance Living, Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Handle all field-related activities on behalf of the office efficiently and responsibly. Manage bank-related work such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, document collection, and other related tasks. Coordinate sample deliveries to clients, architects, and project sites as per schedule. Arrange and coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project locations, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Collect and deliver documents, quotations, and invoices between clients, vendors, and the office. Support in site visits, including material verification, measurement taking, and basic supervision when required. Assist in vendor coordination for procurement, pickup, and delivery of materials. Maintain proper records of all field activities, receipts, and documents handled. Ensure smooth communication between office and external contacts (clients, suppliers, and site teams). Take responsibility for urgent office errands and any other field tasks assigned by management. Uphold company values by representing Elegance Living professionally in all interactions.
