DESIGN & QUALITY ENGINEER Qualification: Degree B-Tech / BE holder in Civil Engineering Languages Known: English & Hindi Software Knowledge: AutoCAD (2D/3D) Experience: 2 to 3 Years Job Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - IND Roles and Responsibilities: D evelop and implement QA plans and procedures specific to the project. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality plans. Identify, document, and manage any non-conformities or quality issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Conduct material inspections, ensuring that all materials used on-site meet the project’s quality standards. Oversee and coordinate testing and inspection activities, including concrete tests, weld inspections, and soil tests. Review and approve QA/QC documentation from subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, inspections, and tests. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports to the project management team. Ensure that all quality documentation is properly maintained and organized. Coordinate with the project management team to address any quality-related issues promptly. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained. Provide guidance and training to site staff on quality control procedures and standards. Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies during site inspections and audits. Site Management: Ensure that all site activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Manage and oversee site-based QA/QC personnel, if applicable.
