KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES : MANAGING FRONT DESK OPERATIONS,GREETING GUEST,DIRECTION CALLS AND HANDLING CORRESPONDENCE.
ACTING AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT TO GREET VISITORS PROFESSIONALLY AND CREATE A POSITIVE WELCOMING ENVIOURNMENT .
MANAGING CALENDARS AND SETTING UP APPOINTMENTS OR MEETINGS.
STRONG AND VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILL .
EXCELLENT MULTITASKING AND ORGANISATIONAL ABILITIES.
