Qualification: M. Sc. Microbiology, M. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Sc. Microbiology, B. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Tech Food Technology or relevant qualification to work in food processing industry
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in food industry
Key Skills: Knowledge of Food Processing and preservation technology, food analysis, raw material and packing material analysis, HACCP, GMP, Industrial personal hygiene standards, computer operation

Lab Assistant in the Agro & Food Industry tests raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products for quality, safety, and compliance, performing chemical, physical, and basic microbiological tests (like moisture, fat, protein) as per standards, requiring skills in sampling, documentation, hygiene, and knowledge of food safety regulations
