Job Location:

Qualification: M. Sc. Microbiology, M. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Sc. Microbiology, B. Sc. Biochemistry, B. Tech Food Technology or relevant qualification to work in food processing industry

Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in food industry

Key Skills: Knowledge of Food Processing and preservation technology, food analysis, raw material and packing material analysis, HACCP, GMP

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for closely supervising all shop floor activities related to production, the operation of machinery, hygiene and housekeeping,
• Execute the daily production tasks with specified quality and maximum productivity
• Allocate workers to specific areas of work and functions based on abilities.
• Daily inspection of machinery, SS tables, crates and trays for their integrity and suitability for use in production.
• Ensure effective cleanliness of production line and equipments before starting production as per SOP
• Supervise production activities to achieve maximized output with minimized waste in all the 3 shifts.
• Planning daily material requirement for production and coordinating with stores for arrangement of the material required.
• Ensure adherence to plant hygiene practices.
• Monitor the CCPs and OPRPs
• Testing of FG for pH, acidity, TSS, moisture content and record
• Record CCP and OPRP monitoring results
• Ensure the cold room temperature is maintained as per SOP.
• Preparation of raw material requisition slip & receive the requested material for production from stores.
• Return balance material back to store
• Prepare and maintain FG slip and issue to stores
• Candidate should be flexible to attend in any shift as per requirements (3 shifts).
• Carrying out relevant applicable activities as per the documented FSMS.
• Report to the Asst. Manager - Production regarding plans and day to day activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
