Position: Customer Support Executive (Female Only)

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers via calls, emails, and messages
• Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and general support
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for all customers
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful tone at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Female candidates only
• Strong fluency in English (must be confident speaking and writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, customer-first attitude
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
