We are currently seeking a US Taxation Analyst for a position based in Bangalore. As a US Taxation Analyst, you will be responsible for various tax-related tasks such as assisting in the calculation of State and Foreign tax withholding, reviewing State withholding waivers forms, and preparing and reviewing tax forms including 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, and 8937. Additionally, you will perform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule reviews for all Partners, prepare tax work papers for calculating partnership taxable income, and gather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies.
