About the Role: Favorite Food Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to lead our Injection Moulding facility. With 10-20 years of expertise in plastic injection moulding , especially in toys or consumer goods , you’ll manage production management , team leadership , quality assurance , machine and tools operations and maintenance , and new product development . As a Plant Head , you will also play a crucial role in product management , safety compliance , and driving performance across all facets of plant operations. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Production Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the injection moulding lines and related equipment, optimizing production efficiency and meeting delivery and quality targets . 🔹 Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of 50-150 employees , fostering a culture of safety , accountability , and high performance. Drive training , development , and performance management for operators, engineers, and supervisors. 🔹 Quality Control & Compliance : Ensure compliance with TOY safety standards ,implement CAPA processes , and manage root cause analysis for quality issues. 🔹 Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Resolve production issues quickly and make critical decisions to minimize downtime and maintain production flow . 🔹 KPI Management : Track and improve key performance indicators ( KPIs ) such as Production Uptime , Cost per Unit , On-time Delivery Rate , and other key metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate: 🎓 Education : B.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech in Plastic Engineering , Industrial Chemistry , or related field. MBA (preferred). 💼 Experience : 10-20 years in plastic injection moulding , with 2-4 years in a plant leadership role . 🔧 Technical Skills : Expertise in Yuzumi and Goldcoin injection moulding machines Knowledge of plastic materials : ABS , PP , PS HD , LD , TPE Knowledge of robotic automation and ERP systems ( SAP S/4 HANA ).
