Job Description

Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers in-person, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process to convert leads into sales. Customer Care: Offer customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by promoting products and services to potential customers. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our hair care products to answer customer queries and recommend suitable products. Order Processing: Efficiently process orders and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate sales closures. Sales Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any escalations.
