Job Title: Sampling Coordinator (3 Vacancies - Male) Experience Level: 3-9 years Location: Mumbai Industry: Apparel / Fashion Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the sampling process for Men's apparel products, from initial design to final production. Collaborate with designers, product developers, and suppliers to meet sampling requirements and deadlines. Source materials, trims, and components as per design specifications and quality standards. Develop and maintain sample schedules, ensuring timely delivery and progress tracking. Communicate with external vendors and manufacturers for sample production, cost negotiations, and quality checks. Work with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any issues during sampling and ensure corrections are made. Maintain accurate records of sample approvals, requests, and revisions using relevant systems. Monitor sampling costs, timelines, and inventory levels to optimize budget planning. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend process improvements. Requirements: Minimum 3-9 years of experience in a similar role in the apparel industry (mens fashion preferred). Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrication techniques, and production processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
