Fashion Brand Strategist (Instagram + Content + Graphic Design)

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and forward-thinking Fashion Brand Strategist to join our team and shape the next phase of our brand’s journey. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fashion, understands digital culture, and can take a brand from “present” to “iconic” over the next 3–5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact Instagram strategy that strengthens brand identity and drives growth

• Manage daily posting, content calendars, story updates, and community engagement

• Create visually compelling graphics, reels, and layouts aligned with the brand aesthetic

• Oversee photoshoots, styling direction, and visual storytelling

• Build cohesive brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms

• Analyze performance metrics and optimise content accordingly

• Lead creative planning for campaigns, collaborations, and milestones

• Work closely with founder and team to carve out the long-term brand trajectory (2–5 years and beyond)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in fashion branding, digital strategy, or creative direction

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, visual identity, and digital consumer behaviour

• Excellent graphic design skills (Adobe Suite/Canva/Procreate or equivalent)

• Strong fashion sensibility: colour, styling, composition, mood, and luxury storytelling

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring new ideas constantly

• A strategic thinker who understands long-term brand building

• Someone who can translate creative vision into structured plans and measurable results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
