Role Overview:- We are seeking a Sales & Buyer Relations Lead to build and manage relationships with domestic and export buyers, ensure demand alignment before procurement, and drive structured, long-term revenue for FarmBridge. This is a senior, ownership-driven role responsible for buyer acquisition, pricing discipline, and payment reliability. Key Responsibilities:- • Identify, onboard, and manage domestic and export buyers (B2B) • Build long-term relationships with food processors, wholesalers, exporters, and instituitional buyers • Negotiate pricing, volumes, delivery schedules, and payment terms • Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to align supply with confirmed demand • Ensure timely collections and adherence to agreed payment terms • Track buyer performance, margins, and contract compliance • Maintain structured sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting • Represent FarmBridge in buyer meetings, trade discussions, and partnerships Preferred Qualifications:- • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory) • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, agri trading, exports, FMCG sourcing, or commodity markets • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and trade negotiations • Experience dealing with institutional buyers or export houses is a strong advantage • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of buyer relationships What We’re Looking For:- • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills • Commercial mindset with discipline around pricing and collections • Comfortable working in fast-moving, execution-focused environments • High integrity and long-term thinking • Willingness to travel as required Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience Benefits:- • Performance-linked incentives • Health insurance coverage • High-ownership role with long-term growth potential • Direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making • Opportunity to build a scalable agri trade business from the ground up Compensation: ₹5.5-7.5 LPA + performance-linked incentives + Perks(commensurate with experience)
