At Farm93, we’re building India’s first integrated microgreens and functional mushroom brand, rooted in science, Ayurveda, and clean-label innovation. Our in-house lab is where research turns into reality - blending biotechnology, nutrition, and sustainability. Role: Lab Assistant Location: Bhopal Experience: Minimum 1 year in a laboratory setup (preferably food biotech, microbiology, or plant sciences) Employment Type: Full-time, on-site Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain key lab instruments: Laminar Flow Hood, 100L Autoclave, Centrifuge, and other equipment/glassware. Maintain strict lab hygiene and SOP compliance - non-negotiable at all times. Prepare media, cultures, and samples for ongoing R&D projects. Record sterilization logs, consumable use, and experiment data accurately. Assist in trials, formulation work, and quality testing related to microgreens and mushrooms. Support R&D leads in developing and scaling new formulations. We’re Looking For: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences. At least 1 year of hands-on lab experience. Disciplined, detail-oriented, and methodical — lab hygiene and precision are a must. Familiarity with aseptic techniques, sterilization, and basic analytical instruments.
