We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our CAS Adhesives division . The role involves driving sales of adhesives (PU, Epoxy Sealant, PVAC chemistries) in both B2B and customer segments , while developing new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting innovative products across India. Key Responsibilities Drive sales & business development activities Pan India. Develop new products, customers, and markets , with a focus on pipeline growth. Penetrate and expand into new regions . Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers at both technical and commercial levels . Oversee customer credit issues and ensure timely collections . Create and manage marketing tools, technical documentation, market research, competitor analysis, and responses to customer technical queries . Maintain important data, sales records, and reports for future reference and regular updates. Coordinate customer site visits to understand functional and technical requirements . Track and monitor the product approval process until commercialization. Key Interactions Internal: Sales Coordinators / CSR, Credit Department External: Customers, Suppliers Requirements Education: MBA (Marketing) OR M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry OR B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineering Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, and Sales of Specialty Chemicals . Experience handling business worth 3 Cr 5 Cr annually . Skills & Competencies: Strong technical and commercial acumen . Highly motivated, aggressive, and result-driven . Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently and as a team player . Strong market analysis and customer requirement understanding .
