• Conduct wellness assessments and surveys to gather feedback and measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness resources and initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful.
• Maintain up-to-date wellness resources and communication materials for employees.
• Support the evaluation of wellness programs through data collection and analysis, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional health
• Conduct needs assessments to identify wellness trends and employee interests
• Organize wellness events, workshops, and activities that engage employees and promote healthy lifestyles
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and wellness vendors to enhance program offerings
• Monitor and report on the success of wellness initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop communication strategies to promote wellness programs and resources to employees
• Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on wellness-related issues
