Responsible for developing a portfolio of accounts through new business development. Also in-charge of looking for bring opportunities and for managing the full negotiation and close process with clients from start through to finish. Services to sell: Testing of Building Materials, Soil, Food, Water and Air. Duties: Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure. Dealing with customer enquiries over phone and email. Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects. Identifying customers needs. Review of requests, tenders and contracts in coordination with MD and Lab in-charge. Consults with Lab In-charge(Technical) regarding capability of the laboratory to carry out any testing requirements from customers. Maintain details in CRM portal. Set sales target and strive to achieve the same. The candidates having experience in the field of marketing and business development for services based industry is preferred.
About Falcon Lab: Falcon Industrial Testing Laboratory Pvt Ltd is a NABL-accredited multidisciplinary testing and consulting company based in Chennai. Falcon Lab is expanding into Environmental Consulting services with a new EIA and Environmental Clearance (EC) Division, pursuing NABET accreditation to serve infrastructure, industrial, and waste management projects across India. Position Overview: We are seeking an Environmental Engineer / EIA Coordinator with hands-on experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Clearance (EC) processes. The ideal candidate will lead the technical, regulatory, and coordination aspects of Falcon Lab’s EIA Division and play a key role in obtaining NABET accreditation. Key Responsibilities: Lead preparation and coordination of EIA/EMP reports across multiple sectors (construction, highways, waste management, etc.). Coordinate with project proponents, functional area experts (FAEs), and regulatory bodies (SEIAA/SEAC/MoEFCC). Ensure EIA studies, sampling, and baseline data collection meet NABET and MoEFCC requirements. Manage stakeholder consultations and public hearings. Maintain documentation and quality systems (QMS) aligned with NABET accreditation standards. Support the accreditation process by preparing required documents and responding to NABET assessors. Supervise in-house and external experts to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), and Environmental Clearance processes. Familiarity with EIA Notification 2006 and amendments. Experience in working with NABET-accredited organizations preferred. Proficiency in data analysis, environmental modeling tools, and report writing. Desired Skills Strong technical writing and documentation ability. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of GIS, air/water modeling, or environmental software tools will be an advantage.
Visit customers in person to collect pending payments and negotiate feasible repayment plans. Maintain accurate records of visits, commitments, and payment collections. Verify customer addresses, contact details, and assess reasons for default. Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts while maintaining professionalism and compliance. Report daily collection status, challenges, and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
