Faculty in Multimedia and Animation (Blender Expertise)

As a Multimedia Faculty member specializing in Blender, your role will involve teaching and training students in various aspects of Blender software including modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and simulation. You will be responsible for developing engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and practical assignments that are in line with industry standards. Additionally, you will guide students through project-based learning and portfolio development, ensuring their skills are honed according to the latest multimedia and animation trends. Key Responsibilities: - Teach and train students in Blender software, covering a wide range of topics from modeling to simulation. - Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and assignments that are engaging and industry-relevant. - Guide students through project-based learning and portfolio development. - Stay updated with the latest multimedia and animation trends for relevant training material. - Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their skill growth. - Collaborate with academic coordinators and other faculty to maintain high teaching standards. - Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and creative competitions to enhance student learning. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Animation, Design, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Proficiency in Blender and other multimedia/3D design tools. - Prior teaching/training experience in multimedia, animation, or design is preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. - Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
