Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (MAPIMS) was established in 2008. The attached hospital, operating since 1986, has been providing comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding villages for over 30 years. Serving more than 750 nearby villages, including numerous agricultural laborers, the hospital offers a wide range of health care services.

Strategically located near National Highway (NH-45) in Melmaruvathur, the Institute is about 92 km from Chennai and 70 km from Pondicherry.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Senior Residents & Faculties at Adhiparasakthi Hospitals, located in Melmaruvathur. The candidate will be responsible for treating patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, including OPDs, wards, and emergency departments, providing clinical care and management to patients under their supervision, engaging in clinical discussions, case presentations, and multidisciplinary team meetings, delivering lectures, conducting research, guiding students, preparing academic resources, and participating in departmental activities. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, staying updated with the latest medical advancements, and collaborating with the medical team for maintaining high academic standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS, MD/MS, or equivalent) with appropriate certifications/licenses
• 0-10yrs of experience from recognised Medical colleges
• Eligibility as per NMC norms
