Factory Staff (E-Commerce & Production Support)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Factory Operations Assistant to support our daily e-commerce production workflow. This role involves picking and packing products, coordinating embroidery and DTF printing items, and ensuring smooth movement of stock between departments.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone organised, fast, and eager to learn our uniform production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare items for production based on order sheets.
• Collect garments from embroidery and deliver new garments to the embroidery unit.
• Collect DTF tiles from the printing section and ensure they match the correct orders.
• Coordinate movement of items between production areas (printing, embroidery, packing).
• Assist with basic quality checks before sending items to the next stage.
• Update internal team members when items are collected, delivered, or ready.
• Follow company procedures to ensure orders move smoothly through the workflow.
• Assist with stock counting, organising shelves, and basic inventory tasks.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic English knowledge required, full training will be provided.
• Ability to read order sheets and follow simple instructions accurately.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Punctual and dependable.

Working Hours

• Standard factory working hours (09:30am to 07:30pm).
