Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform or schedule regular maintenance and repairs for building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide support to residents, such as handling maintenance requests.
• Oversee "hard services," which include the physical infrastructure of the building.

Tenant and community management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, handling questions and communication.
• Schedule and set up tours for prospective tenants.
• Address tenant maintenance requests promptly.
• Manage the allocation of shared spaces.

Health, safety, and security

• Ensure the building and its facilities comply with all local and industry-specific safety, health, and fire codes.
• Develop and implement security protocols and manage security measures.
• Create and maintain emergency preparedness and evacuation plans.

Financial and administrative management

• Create and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and contracts.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors for services like landscaping, cleaning, and security.
• Oversee renovations and refurbishments, ensuring they stay within budget.

Grounds and site management

• Organize and manage landscaping and cleaning services for the building and its grounds.
• Ensure the property's exterior, including parking facilities, is well-maintained.
