Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce & Customer Support Executive located in Jaipur. The E-commerce & Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service activities, providing online and technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and coordinating with the warehouse. The role requires efficient handling of customer queries and complaints, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely follow-up.
