Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily site activities as per project plan. Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. Ensure all work is carried out as per technical specifications and quality standards. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal engineering/project teams. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Inspect materials, workmanship, and resolve site issues proactively. Maintain records of site activities, including labor, materials, and work progress. Assist in resolving technical challenges and on-site decisions. Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials. Ability to read technical drawings and implement them on site. Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
