FAB - AMHS

In this role, you will partner with the technology transfer mother company, PSMC, to understand and execute the operational support of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) with vendors. You will learn the AMHS semi-standard and collaborate with AMHS vendors to enhance hardware and software capabilities as necessary. Additionally, you will closely work with the fab organization to implement AMHS solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes. Your responsibilities will also involve participating in cross-functional initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with PSMC to plan, design, and execute operational support of AMHS - Learn and understand the AMHS semi-standard to work effectively with vendors - Collaborate with fab organization to implement AMHS solutions - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in automation processes - Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality - Provide consistent support to operations by monitoring and maintaining automation systems - Conduct regular maintenance of automation tools to ensure long-term performance and reliability Qualifications required: - BE in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering - 4 to 10 years of relevant experience - Experience in troubleshooting and repairing automation tools - Ability to collaborate with IT team for effective issue resolution - Proficiency in implementing 6S practices and managing spare parts inventory - Experience in adjusting, testing, and commissioning of Daifuku or Muratec AMHS is a plus In addition to the above, the company values competencies such as teamwork, agility, customer empathy, purposeful pursuit of goals, pioneering spirit, deep domain knowledge, and being future-ready.,
