Position: Customer Support Executive Location: Noida Process: Blended / Voice Support Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously Identify customer needs accurately and provide suitable solutions Follow scripts, processes, and quality guidelines Maintain product and process knowledge Meet or exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, adherence) Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leaders or relevant teams Ensure customer data confidentiality and follow security policies Participate in coaching, training, and performance improvement sessions Follow company templates, tone guidelines & quality standards Ensure timely responses and resolution as per SLAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma (minimum requirement) Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Strong communication & active listening skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Customer-oriented mindset with empathy Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools) Flexible for shifts, weekends, and public holidays Good writing skills Typing speed: 40 WPM preferred Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
