En tant que Digital / Web Analyst et Expert en Optimisation des Taux de Conversion (CRO) chez Adeliom, ton rle principal sera d'optimiser les performances et le taux de conversion des projets de nos clients. Tes missions consisteront plonger dans les donnes digitales des projets pour identifier les leviers d'amlioration et de performance. Tu seras responsable d'analyser minutieusement les comportements des utilisateurs sur les plateformes digitales des clients, de comprendre leurs parcours et de dtecter les opportunits d'optimisation. En utilisant des outils d'analyse avancs, tu traduiras ces insights en recommandations stratgiques et actions concrtes visant maximiser la performance et le taux de conversion. Entre le client, les utilisateurs finaux et nos consultants UX, tu auras pour mission de dfinir une stratgie data oriente performance et UX afin d'identifier les bonnes donnes collecter travers les diffrents outils. Sur chaque projet client, tu seras charg d'analyser les outils de collecte en place, de dployer de nouveaux outils et de les paramtrer. Tu prsenteras ces donnes de manire logique et pertinente pour les clients travers des Dashboard de pilotage sur Google Looker Studio. En plus de ton expertise analytique, une bonne matrise du CRO et une parfaite comprhension de l'Exprience Utilisateur et de ses enjeux stratgiques sont requises. Une exprience de 2 3 ans en Web Analyse, la matrise des outils tels que GTM, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Optimize, Hotjar, AB Tasty, ainsi qu'une forte aptitude pour le relationnel client seront des atouts essentiels pour ce poste.
