Job Summary
We are a Surat-based export-import company engaged in international trade and logistics. We are looking for a detail-oriented Export-Import Operations Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to manage shipping documentation, coordinate with freight agents, and ensure smooth handling of export-import processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export/import documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA agents, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and clearance
• Maintain communication with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
• Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation as per compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of export-import transactions
• Assist in preparing documents for customs clearance and DGFT procedures
• Support internal audits and statutory filings related to export-import operations

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales or online bidding
• Proven success on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills
• Ability to understand client needs and IT project scopes
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
