Job Description:
We are hiring an Export Executive for a growing export company in Surat. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling export documentation and coordinating international shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines
• Manage export orders from order confirmation to final dispatch
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
• Track shipments and update customers regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth export operations

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in export operations
• Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation
• Familiarity with Incoterms and shipping processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
