You have an exciting opportunity to join the Energy Lab at IIT Madras as an Intern for Operational & Technical Lab Support. As a Mechanical Engineering student, you will have a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of this prestigious research lab, focusing on operational support and experimental assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the upkeep and operational readiness of lab tools and equipment, guaranteeing they are in excellent working condition for research activities. Additionally, you will actively participate in thermal analysis experiments, collect and organize experimental data for analysis and visualization, and assist with various lab tasks to support ongoing research projects. We are looking for dedicated Mechanical Engineering students with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and eagerness to work with lab tools and mechanical equipment. The internship requires a commitment of 6 days a week for a two-month tenure. By joining this internship, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in a top-tier research lab at IIT Madras, receive direct mentorship from experienced researchers, develop a deep understanding of the practical aspects of running a successful research facility, and earn a certificate of completion upon successful conclusion of the internship. This internship offers a tenure of 2 months and requires a commitment of 6 days a week. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
