Experienced Web-based GIS Software Developer

Role Overview: You will be a JavaScript developer proficient in JavaScript libraries such as React.js and Vue.js, responsible for building interactive web applications. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing user interface components following well-known React.js workflows. It is important to ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. Collaboration with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Developing new user-facing features using React.js - Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use - Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code - Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of OO development experience with excellent expertise in Java - Experience with Geographical Information Systems MapServer or equivalent, OpenLayers, Java EE development language with Eclipse IDE, Databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent), Web Server applications (Apache & Apache Tomcat or equivalent), Web Services, Microservices, Spring framework, React, Angular, Version Control Systems - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English in both writing and verbal Additional Company Details: Info-Electronics Systems India Pvt.
