Job Summary

Aquaporin Aesthetics is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in a skin, hair, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, generating appointments, following up with leads, and converting potential patients into clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to skin and hair treatments.
• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Explain clinic services, offers, and consultation procedures to potential patients.
• Schedule appointments for hair transplant, PRP, GFC, laser hair reduction, facials, and other skin and hair treatments.
• Follow up with interested patients and ensure appointment confirmations.
• Maintain lead records, patient details, and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for appointments and patient visits.
• Achieve monthly appointment, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with patients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in a skin and hair clinic, dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of skin and hair treatments.
• Experience handling digital marketing leads and maintaining follow-up records.
• Comfortable working with daily calling targets.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
