We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional to join our team as Manager / Sr. Manager Finance in Bhubaneswar or Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of finance operations, statutory compliance, and reporting frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and finalizing monthly financial statements with variance analysis reports, creating financial reports and presentations for board meetings, managing regular MIS reporting, ensuring timely deduction, deposit, and return filing for TDS, handling statutory filings under MCA/ROC, maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations governing related party transactions, accurate provisioning of expenses in accordance with accounting standards, working knowledge and compliance with GST and Income Tax laws, and having a working knowledge of SAP. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualification: CA / CMA - Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant finance/accounting role.
