As a member of the HRSS Team - Exit at Exit 10 Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing the off-boarding process for employees. This is a contract position based in Bengaluru, KA, India, with a duration of 5 months and 28 days. Your primary focus will be on facilitating a smooth transition for departing employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with various stakeholders to address any concerns or issues related to employee exits. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in the area of employee separation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. You will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations will be advantageous.
