As a Sales Executive, your role involves selling Surgical and Pharma products. Your duties will include: - Implementing sales strategies - Supervising and supporting a team of sales representatives - Fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies - Conducting market research - Providing product training to the sales team - Monitoring competitor activities - Collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives for Surgical and Pharma products in the South region. Your responsibilities will entail: - Developing and executing sales strategies - Managing a team of sales representatives - Conducting market analysis - Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other departments - Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market The ideal candidate for this role should have 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. The salary range for this position is from 2 Lac 75 Thousand to 6 Lac P.A. The preferred industry is Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller, with the minimum qualification required being an Other Bachelor Degree.
