Role Overview: As an Executive Workforce Management at Wipro Limited, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure efficient staffing, scheduling, reporting, forecasting, process improvement, communication, risk management, and performance monitoring. You will play a crucial part in developing strategic staffing plans, managing real-time scheduling, producing high-quality workforce data, identifying process improvement opportunities, establishing clear communication lines, and ensuring optimum performance levels.
