Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telesales Development Executive to join our team. You will talk to potential customers over the phone, explain our services, and convince them to sign up with us. You will also follow up with people who showed interest earlier and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to new and existing customers. - Explain our services clearly and answer any questions. - Convince customers to choose our services. - Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular contact. - Update customer details and call outcomes in the system. - Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams. - Handle customer complaints politely and find solutions. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). - 0-2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling. - Good speaking and listening skills. - Confidence to talk to people and build relationships. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email). - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
