Executive - Tele-Marketing

- As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

- We are open to both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant experience in telemarketing or sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.- Generate leads and schedule appointments for follow-up by the sales team.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information.- Maintain and update the customer database.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.Requirements:Education: Any bachelor's degree.Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles.Skills:- Strong communication skills in English.- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).- Persuasive speaking skills and the ability to engage customers.- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
