Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Preparation of Job Descriptions 2. Facilitate in formulation of KRA/ KPI ,ensure goal setting for each employee by section heads in lined with organizational goal 3. Collect, collate & compile the performance details received from the section heads on quarterly basis 4. Work with departments on better methods to improve departmental objectives. 5. Coordinating or the implementation of processes for improvement of performance management activities and provide status updates 6. Assist in designing, implementing & handling reward & recognition policy and initiatives 7.Facilitating in providing instant feedback when certain activities are not meeting their goals, and to correct them before they negatively impact the organization 8.Facilitating the department heads to discuss the team performance with the Management. 9.Identification of Competencies for different roles & gap analysis. 10. Take care of Employee engagement activities. 11.Involve in digitalization of HR processes. 12. Assist in OD intervention & change Management. 13.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Seniors. 14.Co ordinate & capture the departmental process measurements & update the same in SAP & present it in MRM. 15.Manage Integrated Management System(IMS- QMS, OHSAS, SA-8000, ISMS, EMS) related to HR department Preferred candidate profile 1.Knowledge of performance management concepts, theories & related practices & tools 2. Ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools 3. Experience with data collection tools 4. Administering different types of Surveys ( Eg: Monkey survey/ Google forms/ Menti.com) 5. Hands on experience in completing two or more performance cycles Perks and benefits Best in industry
