Under close supervision, provides support to employee recruitment and selection. Cooperates with line managers in order to define candidate profiles. May organize and conduct interviews. Maintain contact with external search companies. Analyzes effectiveness of recruitment techniques. Prepares reports on candidates. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
