Job Title/Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive- HR

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate in HR like BBA-HR / MBA-HR/MHRM/ PG Diploma in HR with 2 years from reputed institute.

Experience: 2- 3 years of experience in all HR activities preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain management/ well reputed Transport organizations corporate office level.

Reporting to : Head-HR

Candidate Profile:

Candidate should have prior experience in HR activities :

1. Talent acquisition - Junior/ Middle/ Senior level through all web portals.

2. Performance management - Goal setting and PMS exposure.

3. Employee Engagement - On boarding/ Induction / Coordination

4. Employee Relations - Grievances handling / Counselling/ Nurturing skills

5. Learning & Development - Soft skills/ Functional Training / Training coordination

6. Statutory compliances- PF/ ESI/ Medical insurance handling independently.

7. Payroll- Attendance Management from all the Hubs and Head office.

Role and Responsibilities:

Needs to be self driven, growth oriented and accountable.

Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.

Skills Required :

Team Management/ People management skills @ Hub level like senior/ middle/ Junior level.

Experience on Greyt HR software and payroll and statutory compliances

Compensation & benefits :

Salary 20 k – 25 k per month and depends upon the candidate competencies.

Freshers with excellent conceptual knowledge in HR also preferred ( BBA/ MBA/MHRM with specialization in HR) as Graduate/ Management Trainee for a period of one year.
