Job Summary

ARCA Global International School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with school management, principals, and department heads.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment progress.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback coordination.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Verify candidate qualifications, experience, references, and documents as required.
• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and employee joining records.
• Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for schools or educational institutions is preferred.
• Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Timely closure of vacancies.
• Quality of candidates shortlisted and hired.
• Recruitment targets achieved.
• Offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Accuracy of recruitment documentation and reports.
