Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, demand planning, and forecast consolidation.
• Act as a key interface between customers, Plant, Logistics, Warehouse, and Business Development teams.
• Review, track, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare and share open order reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate batch readiness, dispatch planning, and shipment execution.
• Follow up on artwork approvals, new product launches, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain order management files, daily trackers, and planning reports.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory, and demand patterns to support business planning.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status and dispatch updates.

Qualification

• MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) or BE/ME.
• 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Strong MS Excel, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
